On location and Surprises Galore!​

"My ancestors were AMAZING cooks.  Trouble is they never wrote anything down.  They subscribed to the "A little bit of this, a little bit of that" philosophy and the "I know it's enough (insert ingredient here) when I see it" method, which is all very well and good back in the days of old, but certainly not now when trying to replicate their delicious creations.  So, I have created a site where my Mom and I attempt to recreate these scrumptious dishes purely from memory. Come along on our culinary journey where in no time at all, you'll see that there is a helluva lot more cooking' than just the food!"
